National Call Centre
Comex 2000 has its own dedicated call centre located in the heart of Birmingham. This gives us tremendous flexibility and support of our own operation, by carrying out work order scheduling, pre-calling of customer appointments and coordinating customer queries.
On behalf of our clients we liaise with their customers to create a positive and lasting impression.
Whilst initially the centre supported only our own organisation, as we continue to expand our customer base and diversify into other sectors we are able to offer our bespoke support services to new clients. These include, but are not limited to:
- Telephone appointment coordination.
- Engineering dispatch.
- Construction administration.
- Customer liaison.
Our administrative staff are well trained and motivated which enables them to fit into projects which add short term or long term benefits to our clients.
Also housed in the National Call Centre is our own Construction Noticing Team and Help Desk.
